Du trendy en centre-ville

Codic pursues its quest for high end restaurants in Luxembourg.
After the Manko restaurant, part of Moma Group, and its chef Gaston Acurio, Royal-Hamilius now welcomes the Luxembourg « Victorine » boutique

Located at heart of the future Hamilius square, the « Victorine » boutique will propose an exquisite restaurant, both innovative and exclusive. The meals chosen by its customers, will be either taken away or consumed in house. A restaurant of approximately 120 seats on the first floor will offer all of its guests a unique view on the square and the “Hôtel des Postes”.
The boutique will be open every day from 6.30 am to 9.00 pm
The opening of the Victorine boutique is foreseen in the first quarter of 2020.

Royal-Hamilius pursues its concept of « The Ultimate Downtown Experience » by proposing trendy brands, corresponding to the urban demand and which will help to galvanise downtown Luxembourg.

Pascal Brasseur, CEO of Victorine : « Victorine aims at a trendy urban cuisine. Victorine, was my grandma, an exceptional farmers’ wife from the Ardennes. She was in charge of the animal farming, the orchard and the vegetable garden. The mixture of flavours and odours of her kitchen have been my emotional guides when creating « Victorine Cuisine Urbaine”. We have developed a menu which passionately honours the countryside and brings it into town. At Victorine’s, from early morning on, we will propose a high quality cuisine with fair prices respecting the farmers. We wish this place to be dedicated to exchanges, discoveries and intelligent innovations.»

At lunchtime, it is a fast food restaurant offering fresh spring rolls, salads, wraps, preparations in jars or pies. All the recipes take into account the various diets with 70% vegetarian preparations.

The products on the menu are « homemade » with a constant search for original and joyfull flavours, but always with respect of a balanced diet. And, because the urban life sometimes allows only little time to prepare healthy meals at home, Victorine proposes a series of take away meals, ready to cook for dinner or during the week-end.

Victorine, ECO-RESPONSIBLE only uses recyclable (paper, cardboard, coco pulp,…) or reusable packaging (jars). All plastics are in PLA, from vegetable origin and 100 % compostable). In exclusivity for Luxembourg, Victorine proposes water bottles made of PLA. Moreover, a free water fountain is foreseen for the customers.

Vincent Beck, Assistant General Manager, Codic Luxembourg : « Royal-Hamilius is happy to welcome Victorine, a local and modern brand perfectly in line with the concept of our project. Located at the crossing of the Boulevard Royal, the Hamilius Square and the Monterey Avenue, it will have an extraordinary visibility with a shop front on 3 sides over 25 m long and 7 m high and will offer its customers the ultimate experience.»

The agent in this transaction is Cushman & Wakefield in co-agency with JLL.
